Therefore, sufficient volatilization of moisture in the slop oil before incineration is essential.
 
The slop oil is maintained in the bilge OIL RESIDUE TANK, maintaining the basic separation of the oil and water. The steam heat exchanger in the sump oil tank of the incinerator is opened to a larger temperature, and the temperature of the dirty oil is increased to 95-100. °C, can be 400-500 liters of water per 24 hours. With the increase of the temperature of the dirty oil displayed on the screen, the parameter is changed frequently, so that the whole process of incineration does not alarm and does not rest, until the temperature of the dirty oil shows that the information is stable at 80 degrees Celsius. However, if the temperature of the dirty oil tank does not exceed 80 ° C, do not use the method of changing this parameter to incinerate the oil in advance.
